Adriana can’t deny herself foods and does eat meat. Instead of restricing foods she try to control her portions so as not to over eat. She recommends portion control as a way for women to enjoy foods while keeping their figures in top model shape. Lastly, drink lots of water and get plenty of rest.

Pregnancy Weight Loss Secret

To get back into super model shape months after giving birth to her daughter, Lima had to up her game. She followed a strict low carb, high protein diet. To tone up her muscles, the worked out for 1-2 hours every day and sometimes twice a day. She did high impact cardio exercise like boxing and jump rop and used a personal trainer.

To super charge her weight loss, she followed a pretty strict diet for three weeks (no carbs, all protein). Once her weight was back under control she reverted to her pre-pregnancy routine which is to watch portions and try to eat low fat healthy foods in general.
