Concealer tips she learned from the pros are to cover spots that have different tone or brown colorations. Spot conceal those with the finger using a thick in consistency concealer or foundation like Revlon ColorsStay. Target the areas where color is off just to create a more uniform skin tone across the entire face.
Alba says don’t forget to curl your eyelashes to make them open up more. She likes a perfume called Honore des Pres Vamp a NY. It’s an organic French brand scent that smells like sweet vanilla. Jessica Alba Workouts and Girdles
In an Elle magazine article, Jessica Alba confesses that her best secret for losing her pregnancy weight was that she used a girdle! She said that putting the elastic girdle around her waist after pregnancy may have helped her get her figure back faster and she has abdominal muscles to kill for!
Besides just wearing a girdle, Alba hits the gym 3-4 times a week and works out for a full hour. She likes kickboxing and golf for recreational workouts. She works with a personal trainer and her gym workout includes 30 minutes of cardio such as the running machine or elliptical, 10 minutes of stretching and around 20 minutes of weight training working the buttocks, triceps, biceps and shoulders.

Alba’s biggest beauty inspiration is her mom, who used Vaseline on her face and lipstick on her cheeks and still looks wrinkle free!
